Our perception brought into focus by what we believe.
So unless we question what we believe,
we fail to realise we have a choice.
Focus on lack → feel fear.

Focus on problems → feel frustration.
Focus on possibilities → feel optimism.

Our inner world is shaped, sculpted, and coloured
by what we choose to focus on.
Focus is not fixed.
It’s not fate.
It’s chosen.
Where our attention goes, our energy flows.
